San Jaime is the farm we call home. Here is where our family started with a piece of land. Today, we produce exceptional coffee beans nurtured by our passion and expertise. With meticulous care, we cultivate and harvest the finest Arabica beans, renowned for their exquisite flavor profiles and distinct aroma. Santa Isabel
Santa Isabel, named in memory of Jaime's wife, stands proudly as our sister farm. It is a testament to the unwavering spirit and dedication of a remarkable woman who was the first to embark on the coffee journey in Guatemala. With her indomitable work ethic, she laid the foundation for what would become a thriving coffee estate. When tragedy struck, her sons and she bravely assumed the responsibility of carrying forward the legacy, steering the farm towards continued success. Today, Santa Isabel flourishes under their guidance, producing outstanding coffee that reflects the resilience and enduring love that Jaime's wife poured into the land.

Perú
In San Marcos, Guatemala, our coffee farm is a testament to the exceptional quality of 100% Arabica coffee. At the pinnacle of altitude above 4,000 feet, our coffee plants thrive in the perfect combination of cool temperatures, ample rainfall, and nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Each step, from meticulous cultivation to hand-picking only the ripest cherries, is infused with a deep commitment to excellence.
Our commitment to excellence extends beyond the borders of our coffee fields. Nestled within our farm is a pristine natural reserve, a sanctuary of biodiversity that we are proud to protect. Equipped with advanced surveillance cameras, we study and document the diverse wildlife that calls this reserve home, fostering a deeper understanding of the delicate ecosystems surrounding us.

Ferrol
Nestled in the lush landscapes of Guatemala, Ferrol is a farm blessed with optimal conditions for cultivating high-quality coffee beans. The dedicated team at Ferrol employs sustainable practices and meticulous care throughout the coffee production process. Every step is carried out with utmost attention to detail, from planting to harvesting. By prioritizing environmental stewardship and their workers' well-being, Ferrol ensures their coffee plants' longevity and health. The coffee beans from Rosario are predominantly Arabica, known for their exceptional flavor profiles and complexity.
